  • Who we are?

We are a 100% Online Auction company. We make it easy for you to find, buy and own your perfect car. You do the clicking, we do everything else. As simple as that.
  • Where do our cars come from?

We are selling high-quality cars from a variety of sources, DVLA auctions, leasing companies and manufacturers. Before we sell a car, we thoroughly inspect it to make sure it meets our highest standards.
  • What is the "FULL" inspection?

Before a used car appears on our website, it passes a thorough inspection. Our highly qualified technicians check everything from the lights, windscreen wipers and radio to the sat nav, cooling system, engine, brakes and more. We also spend hundreds of pounds reconditioning each used car. If we discover anything we don’t like, we fix it or we won’t sell it.
  • Can I test drive the car?

You can’t test drive our cars, but with our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, you can return your car within 7 days of your car handover date. If you change your mind for any reason, just let us know and we’ll pick it up and give you a full refund.
We can’t accept a return if the car has been modified, been in an accident or is damaged or altered from the condition it was received in.
If you drive the car over the 250 mile limit during the first 7 days, every additional mile will cost £1 per mile alongside deductions for any damage incurred.
  • How can I see any imperfections on a car before I complete my purchase?

We always highlight the imperfections that are visible enough to photograph. There may be some additional wear and tear that isn’t always visible in the images, so we may not be able to display and call out every imperfection on a car... again "For this reason we are offering "7-Day Money Back Guarantee".
  • What if my car isn’t in the condition I expected?

If you’re not completely happy with the condition of the car when it’s delivered, we’ll be more than happy to help. We can either help you with repair work if needed or we can arrange a return if you don’t want to keep it within the first 7 days.
  • Can I negotiate the price of cars?

There’s no need. We offer a transparent and haggle-free experience. The prices listed for each car are our best prices and are as competitive as possible. The price you see is the price that you’ll pay for your car and there are no hidden fees or extra costs on top of your purchase.
  • Do you sell cars that were previously owned for business use?

Some of our cars may have been privately owned or bought from a business. No matter where we sourced the car from, every used car is thoroughly inspected, fully reconditioned and valeted to the same high standard.
  • Do used cars come with service history?

We’ll always check service history for cars that have it. Occasionally records are missing or not officially stamped, but it may still be possible for a new owner to get digital records from a local dealership.
There are also some cars that haven’t been serviced because they are less than a year old or under a certain mileage.
  • What documents will I receive with my used car?

When we hand over your car, you'll receive the V5C, its service history alongside a welcome pack and a free selection of car goodies.
  • Do you sell cars that have outstanding finance due?

We don’t sell any cars which have outstanding finance due.
  • Does carry out a history check on all cars?

Yes, we carry out a history check on every used car before it appears on our website.
This makes sure that our cars don’t have outstanding finance and haven’t been imported from another country. We also check that they haven’t been written off by an insurance company and have never been recorded as scrapped.
We make sure that none of our cars have cloned number plates and we also guarantee that they show the correct mileage history.
  • What is the tyre tread depth on cars?

All cars have a minimum tread depth of at least 3mm across at least 75% of the width of the tyre which is above the legal limit.
The legal limit required for car tyres is a minimum tread depth of 1.6mm.
  • Has my car been serviced?

Your car will have been serviced by us if it’s due a service within the next three months. This includes replacing the oil and oil filter inline with the manufacturer’s specifications. If your car is also more than one year old, we’ll have changed the air filter and pollen filter too.
  • How will I know if my car's been serviced?

Your car’s service indicator, if it has one, will have been reset. We also stamp the service book or update the service record on the onboard computer. You’ll find a copy of the service sheet in your welcome pack.
  • Where is my car’s service book?

You’ll find your car’s service book in the glove compartment.
  • How will I know when to service my car?

You can check your car’s handbook for the manufacturer’s recommendations on how and when to service your car.
  • Where can I find my car’s handbook?

Certain cars have digital handbooks which you can download and access through the display screen. If your car came with a physical handbook, you’ll find it in the glove compartment.
  • Is my car’s battery fully charged?

Yes, your car will be fully charged when you receive it. We carry out a full battery health check on every car just before delivery or collection. If a car needs a new battery, we’ll fit one.
  • Can I buy a charger for my electric car?

You can buy an at-home charging point for your electric or plug-in hybrid car with our partner Easee.
Their installation partner will set it up for you in as little as two hours and you can access your charger via an app whether you’re at home or on the go.
  • Do you check my car’s brakes?

As part of our inspection, we thoroughly check every car’s braking system and our technicians take each car for a full road test.
If your car’s brakes make a noise when driving, your car may have some surface rust visible on the brake discs. This is nothing to worry about, as light rust can form within hours if a car isn't driven. Rust will disappear once you drive the car for a few miles.
  • Where can I find my car’s locking wheel nuts?

You can find your car's locking wheel nuts in the boot or glove compartment.
  • Will this car’s MOT be renewed?

When a car has an MOT with less than 3 months left, or has an expired MOT, we’ll make sure it’s renewed before we hand it over to you.
  • How much fuel will be in the car when it's delivered?
