Below is a summary of our guarantee, but please read the FAQ for more details. Just so you know, all the information about returns on this page only applies to cars bought online from us.


You can return the car to us within 7 days from the day after the delivery date without giving us any reason. Please note, you mustn’t use the car after telling us you’re cancelling the agreement and you must keep it in good condition from the day it was delivered.



Conditions for service

After you complete a purchase, please make a note of the following:


  • You mustn’t drive the car more than 250 miles from when it was delivered
  • The car needs to be in the same tip-top condition as when it was delivered
  • You’ll need to return the car’s V5C log book to us by recorded delivery
  • You mustn’t have made any alterations or modifications to the car whatsoever
  • The car mustn’t have any charges or claims from any third party against it
